That The Chimney Rock Chronicle may bill me for monthly advertising charges for the rate and term selected on this form. Charges will be made each month on or near the 20th of the month.

I further understand that is my responsiblity to deliver new ad copy in the correct size and format before the 23rd of each month OR understand that my previous ad copy will be used.

You will never billed or charged you for any service without being agreed upon in writing previously.
